- High School graduate or equivalent
- Within the past 10 years, 5 years’ experience in a large food service operation providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operation, providing complete meal service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- One year experience as manager or assistant manager
- Military Food Service experience in the pay grade of E-7 or above may be credited as management experience
- Current Sanitation Certificate (within 4 years)
